The Tut
Create a new image 650x250
flood fill with a colour from your tube (I used white)
Select two more colours from your tube or two contrasting colours that will look good as
background colours for your tube. (I chose a Dark Red and Black)
add a new raster layer
using your paintbrush tool, choose one of your grungy texture brushes and one of the colours
and just paint to your liking
add another layer
and using the second colour change the brush tip and do the same as the last layer.
play with the blend mode and opacity for both layers.
I chose to use overlay blend mode on my red layer and just dropped the opacity to 50% on my black layer.
merge visible.
make the first brush layer active
(you may want to hide the top layer as it will make this next step easier)
copy and paste your Bill tube (or whatever secondary tube you're using)
and move it so that you can see the face nicely in the center of the image
